Berkshire Hathaway EO Event
Byron has been co-hosting an event for the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) in conjunction with the Berkshire Annual Shareholders meeting since the inception of this event in 2006.
The 2009 event had over 150 attendees from nine different countries and 17 different states in the United States from as far as Dubai and southern India to Barcelona to Canada, San Jose, California, New York and New Jersey.
Byron gave a warm welcome on Friday night to all attendees and spoke of the importance of small business owners and how they represent one of the most admired professions.
The Black and White Ball on Saturday night featured a Northwestern Mutual ice sculpture.

Byron's wife, Terri, is currently on the Board of Directors for Project Interfaith. She is co-founder and past co-chair for the annual Omaha Table Talk event. She also served on the Board of Directors for the Catholic Charities and College of St. Mary for two terms in each organization.
