As a key member of Byron's team, Kris facilitates plan designs for Executive Benefit and Business Continuation strategies. She also runs the annual reporting of Split Dollar and Bonus plans for Byron's clients.
Kris has a degree in Financial Planning and Investments from Metropolitan Community College. She joined Byron's organization in 2004 with over seven years of industry experience. She has achieved the following designations:

- Life and health licenses
- Series 6 & 63
Kris grew up in a small farming community in Iowa. In her spare time, she enjoys NHRA drag racing, attending and participating in classic car shows, golf and spending time with family and friends.

Terri has partnered with Byron since 1996. As Operations Manager, she provides organizational oversight, is project manager and keeps his calendar and website updated. She also coordinates the many community, cvic and community events that Byron is involved with. For several years, she held her investment and insurance licenses.
Terri has a BA in Economics and a BS in Agricultural Business from South Dakota State University. In her spare time, she loves taking great candid photos of friends and family.

Katie joined the Group as an intern to learn the Family Business. Her responsibilities include Marketing and Administrative/IT Support. She is also studying for the Nebraska Life Insurance Exam.
She is learning the many different solutions available to resolve issues that business owners face.
Katie is a student at the University of Nebraska at Omaha in the College of Arts and Sciences working toward her Bachelor's Degree in International Business.
