Justin joined the McFarland Group part-time in January 2011 as a Project Manager and Associate Financial Representative. He brings strong organizational skills and working knowledge of internal operations to our team.
Justin graduated from Wayne State College in 2010 with a BA in Secondary Business Education.
His interests include playing league basketball and the role of uncle to his first niece born earlier this year.

As the senior Project Manager and Associate Financial Representative with Byron's team, Kris' key roles include facilitateing plan designs for Business Continuation and Employee Retain and Reward strategies. She administers annual reporting of Split Dollar and Bonus plans for Byron's clients. As well as, overseeing client service relations.
Kris has a degree in Financial Planning and Investments from Metropolitan Community College. She joined Byron's organization in 2004 with over seven years of industry experience.
Kris grew up in a small farming community in Iowa. In her spare time, she enjoys NHRA drag racing, attending and participating in classic car shows, golf and spending time with family and friends.

Terri has partnered with Byron since 1997. As Operations Manager, she provides organizational and operations oversight. She also coordinates the many community, civic and community events that Byron is involved with. Terri has a BA in Economics and a BS in Agricultural Business from South Dakota State University.
In her spare time, she loves gardening and taking great candid photos of friends and family. She enjoys yoga and has a strong commitment to community service.
